Chef Janet has created a 6-course menu in partnership with Hedges Family Estate.

Located in Washington State’s Red Mountain, Hedges is a family-owned vineyard that has been producing award-winning wines since 1987. The winery is known for its commitment to biodynamic farming practices and its focus on Rhône and Bordeaux varietals, which thrive in the region's unique climate. Their passion for craftsmanship and connection to the land has been passed down through generations, making Hedges Winery a true testament to family legacy and dedication to quality.

Tickets are $150/person, which includes meal, wine pairing and gratuity for the evening.
